Shipping

Every JJ Monaghan order is sent using a tracked delivery service, so you can follow your watch from us to your door.

UK Delivery

All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - FREE
Usually delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5
Usually delivered the next working day or the following working day after dispatch.

Orders are normally dispatched the next working day, Monday to Friday.

If you need a watch urgently for a particular date or occasion, email us before ordering. Where possible, we can arrange a Saturday dispatch.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide using tracked delivery.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Any customs charges, import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged separately by your local customs authority or courier.

Tracking

All orders are tracked.

You'll receive your tracking details by email as soon as your shipping label has been created. Tracking may take a little time to update once the parcel enters the Royal Mail network.

Pre-Orders

The expected dispatch date for pre-order watches will always be shown on the individual product page.

Occasionally, production or shipping delays can affect this date. If that happens, we'll contact you with an updated estimated dispatch date.

Personalised Watches

Adding embossing or personalisation usually adds 1–2 working days to dispatch.

Personalised products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order appears to have been lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll investigate it with Royal Mail.

As a guide, we consider an order significantly delayed after:

UK: 2 weeks
International: 4 weeks

If Royal Mail confirms that your parcel has been lost, we'll make sure you receive either a replacement or a refund.

Need to Change Your Address?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If your parcel hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update the delivery address.

We deliver throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, as well as PO Boxes and BFPO addresses.
