We hope you’re happy with your JJ Monaghan purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return an eligible item for a refund or exchange.

Change of mind

You can return an unworn, non-personalised item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is returned in its original condition with all packaging, tags and accessories included.

Please contact contact@jjmonaghan.com before sending your return so we can provide the correct returns address.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost while being returned to us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you paid for an upgraded delivery service, any additional delivery charge above our standard delivery option is non-refundable where permitted by law.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@jjmonaghan.com with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

We’ll work with you to put things right, which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Personalised & custom products

Products made or personalised specifically for you, including monogrammed watches, embossed products and bespoke tartan straps; cannot normally be returned because you have changed your mind.

If a personalised or custom item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll put it right.

Sale items

Sale items can still be returned for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the same return conditions as full-price items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, contact us at contact@jjmonaghan.com before returning it. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to return an item

Email contact@jjmonaghan.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

We’ll provide the return address and any relevant instructions.

Please send your parcel using a reliable tracked postal service and keep your proof of postage until your return has been completed.
